OPST – Commando Groove Head (Intermediate sink)

OPST Commando Groove Dual-Density Floating/Intermediate Head Fly Line Controlled Swings with Skagit Power.

The OPST Commando Groove brings a new dimension to the popular Commando Head system, combining a floating rear third with an intermediate front for smoother, more controlled swings. Designed by Skagit legend Ed Ward, this dual-density head cuts through conflicting surface currents, slows down the swing, and keeps your fly in the strike zone longer. Built with the same proven Commando taper, it offers effortless casting and versatility across species and conditions. Available in sizes from 200 to 475 grains, the Commando Groove is the perfect upgrade for anglers who want to expand their Pure Skagit quiver. For best results, size down 25 grains from your standard Commando Head. Shop online or visit Drift Outfitters in Toronto for expert advice and fast shipping across Cana
