RIO’s He Man

RIOs He Man Heavy, durable nymph for fast water and big trout.

RIOs He Man is a bold, hard-hitting nymph pattern built to get down quickly and stay in the strike zone. Featuring a tungsten bead and a robust, buggy body, it sinks fast and withstands aggressive takes from large trout. Designed as an attractor, it imitates a mix of stoneflies, caddis, and general aquatic insects, making it highly versatile in rivers with heavy currents. Ideal as an anchor fly in Euro nymphing rigs or fished under an indicator, the He Man is a proven choice when you need weight, durability, and results.
