Mylar Cord is a classic fly-tying material used to create flashy, durable bodies with ease. Made from braided reflective mylar, this hollow cord can be slipped over hook shanks or used as a sleeve for tube flies, instantly forming a shimmering baitfish body. Its durable construction holds up to aggressive fish while providing lifelike translucence and flash in the water. Perfect for saltwater patterns, trout and bass streamers, or salmon flies, Mylar Cord is available in multiple sizes and colors to suit a wide range of applications.
