Shimano Ocea Conquest 201PG

Shimano Ocea Conquest 201PG

The Shimano Ocea Conquest 201PG is a robust saltwater reel and comes with a gear ratio of 4.8:1. The housing consists of a milled aluminum body and the aluminum spool is extra deep for use with thicker FC lines. With a gear ratio of 4.8:1 and a resulting line retrieve of 60cm per crank revolution, this reel is ideally suited for fishing with big baits for pike. It offers a maximum drag of 6kg and weighs 275g. It is suitable for lures up to the DEPS SlideSwimmer 175 and has a line release clicker. The deep aluminum spool with the revised SVS centrifugal braking system allows for extremely relaxed casting distances and offers sufficient line capacity for FC enthusiasts. We recommend the Seaguar R18 LTD , the test winner among FC lines from Japan, as a suitable line.
