Bassday Sugar Pen 58S Sinking Lure 5.4 grams CT-376

58mm | 5.4g | Sinking | Hardbait

The Bassday Sugar Pen 58S Sinking Lure 5.4 grams CT-376 is a sinking stickbait-style hard lure for anglers who want the Sugar Pen profile but need it to sit lower and cast with more control than the floating version.

It is still a surface-minded lure by shape, but the sinking body lets you count it down slightly, hold it under chop, and keep contact when wind or current makes a floating pencil too loose.

The design matters because a sinking pencil does not swim on rails like a lipped minnow.

Most of the action comes from your rod tip and line control.

Short twitches make it kick and slide, a steady retrieve gives it a tight escaping-bait movement, and pauses let it drop just enough to look like a wounded baitfish losing balance.

At 58mm | 5.4g | Sinking | Hardbait, this is best treated as a small baitfish imitation for pressured fish, clear water edges, drains, estuary mouths, canals, rock pockets, and situations where predators are feeding but not smashing noisy topwater.

It is not the first pick when you need huge splash or dirty-water presence.

It is better when fish want something slim, quick, and controllable.

Because this variant is mainly identified by its finish name/code, the safest way to think about it is by visibility on the day.

Use it when the contrast matches your water and light level, and switch to a brighter or more natural finish when the conditions clearly call for it.

TARGET SPECIES: sea bass, trevally, queenfish, bluefish, flatfish, mangrove jack, snapper, and other inshore predators feeding around bait.
