Duo Metal Jig Drag Metal Force Semi Long 85 grams PHA0828 (3732)

85g | Finish: PHA0828

The Duo Drag Metal Force Semi Long is a semi-long vertical jig aimed at fish that respond to a longer baitfish profile.

This 85g version is better suited to boat jigging, current lines and deeper marks than casual shallow casting.

The semi-long shape gives a different signal from a short compact jig.

It slides and flashes on the fall, then kicks when lifted, which is useful when fish are tracking bait rather than pinning tiny prey to the bottom.

Work it with long lifts, half-pitch rhythm, or a lift-and-fall cadence depending on current and fish mood.

In stronger flow, stay in contact so the jig does not bell out too far; in lighter flow, give it enough slack to slide naturally.

This is not the first pick for ultra-finesse bites or tiny bait.

It is better when predators are willing to move for a longer profile and when the drift gives the jig room to work.

The PHA0828 finish should be chosen by visibility rather than by name alone.

If it looks natural or silver, use it for clear water and baitfish-matching.

If it has pink, chartreuse, glow or heavy flash, save it for low light, surf, stained water or reaction bites.

The lure’s action and size matter first; the finish fine-tunes how easily fish can find it.

TARGET SPECIES: amberjack, kingfish/yellowtail, snapper, grouper, trevally, tuna-class juveniles and offshore predators feeding on longer bait.
