BottomUp VolUp Swimmer 5.5″

Action: The action of the “BottomUp VolUp Swimmer 5.5″” is not exaggerated, but rather has a tight pitch that won’t arouse suspicion among wary predators. Even during slow retrieves, the tail swings quickly, creating a wobbling and rolling motion that makes the sides of the body flash vividly. Combined with the realistic shape, this creates an extremely natural visual effect. Shape: Instead of a wide, flat shape that also floats stably with a no-sinker rig, a slender, vertically flat shape was deliberately chosen, resembling real small fish. Only the head, which first hits the water, is horizontally flat; from there, the shape transitions to a vertically flat form with a curved belly, resulting in a low center of gravity. This combines realistic visual effects with stability while swimming. Hooking efficiency and snagless performance thanks to slots: A shallow groove on the reverse side facilitates hook extraction, while the deeper groove on the belly side allows for smooth hook removal, thus increasing hooking efficiency. Embedding the hook point in the thickening within the groove also improves snagless performance. Hook support: The unique shape of the thickening around the crank area of the offset hook makes it easier to pull the hook point away from the centerline and holds the hook securely. This also helps to reduce pull-outs. Material: Optimal hardness and a balanced salt content ratio were carefully selected for the 5.5-inch size. This creates the characteristic high-frequency action while providing a comfortable strength for use. Additionally, powders made from shrimp, squid, and baitfish are added in three stages to further stimulate bites through scent.
