Ahrex X0784 Blane Chocklett Game Changer Hooks

The Ahrex Blane Chocklett Game Changer Hook is the first hook ever purpose-built specifically for the Game Changer shank system, developed in close collaboration with Blane Chocklett to meet the exact demands of articulated fly design.

Unlike traditional hooks, these are sized by shank length (mm) rather than standard hook numbers, ensuring precise matching with Game Changer shanks for balanced profiles and lifelike swimming action. A larger hook gap improves keeling and hookup performance, while the stinger-style design with a slightly upturned point increases penetration and holding power on aggressive strikes.

The oversized hook eye allows easy attachment to shanks and enhances movement between articulated sections for a more natural swimming motion. Constructed from high carbon steel with a durable black nickel finish, these hooks provide strength, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting sharpness.

Chemically sharpened with a small barb, the BC Game Changer Hooks are ideal for tying articulated streamers that demand realism, strength, and performance when targeting large, predatory fish.
