Duo Metal Jig Drag Metal Force 60 grams PPA0523 (4136)

60g | Finish: PPA0523

The Duo Drag Metal Force is an offshore vertical jig for working structure, bait schools and current with a compact but powerful metal profile.

The 60g weight should be matched to depth and drift speed so the jig stays under the boat instead of scoping too far away.

This style is useful when you want a jig that can be lifted aggressively but still gives flash and movement on the fall.

It is less about a lazy horizontal flutter and more about staying responsive through repeated rod work.

Fish it with one-pitch lifts when fish are active, or slow the rhythm down with pauses when marks are holding close to bottom.

If you are getting taps but no hookup, reduce the lift height and let the jig fall more naturally.

The limitation is that it needs enough water depth and line angle to work properly.

In very shallow water or when fish are feeding on tiny bait, a smaller jig or soft plastic may be easier to present.

The PPA0523 finish should be chosen by visibility rather than by name alone.

If it looks natural or silver, use it for clear water and baitfish-matching.

If it has pink, chartreuse, glow or heavy flash, save it for low light, surf, stained water or reaction bites.

The lure’s action and size matter first; the finish fine-tunes how easily fish can find it.

TARGET SPECIES: amberjack, snapper, grouper, trevally, kingfish/yellowtail, bonito, tuna-class juveniles and other offshore predators.
