Duo Realis Jerkbait 85F Floating Lure CSA3159 (6847)

Size/Model: 85F | Floating | Floating jerkbait minnow

The Duo Realis Jerkbait 85F Floating Lure is a floating jerkbait minnow for working shallow structure, weed tops, flats, and edge water without committing the lure too deep.

Floating behaviour matters because you can slow down, pause, or let the lure rise over danger instead of dragging it straight into cover.

Work it with short twitches when you want a wounded baitfish look, or keep it on a steady retrieve when fish are actively chasing.

The float-up is useful around shallow rock, grass, timber, drains, and sand edges because it gives you a way to pause without immediately digging the hooks into structure.

This is strongest when predators are feeding high or holding around shallow cover.

It is not the best tool if fish are sitting deep or refusing to look up; in that situation, a suspending or sinking version would keep the lure in the zone for longer.

The smaller body is useful when the bait is small, the water is clearer, or fish are following bigger plugs without committing.

It will not call fish from as far away as a larger jerkbait, but it can be much easier for pressured fish to finish.

TARGET SPECIES: bass, sea bass, perch, flathead, trout, and other lure-chasing predators feeding around baitfish and edges.
