Duo Soft Lure Bay Ruf BR Chatter Fish 3.5 Inch S052

3.5 inch

The Bay Ruf BR Chatter Fish 3.5 Inch is a soft trailer profile made to add body movement behind a chatterbait or jig head.

The soft body is the main advantage here: it gives a more natural tail beat and softer mouth-feel than a hardbait, which matters when fish are following bait but not committing to loud plugs.

Rig it on the right jig head or bladed setup for the depth and current.

A steady retrieve keeps the tail working naturally, while small lifts, pauses, and drops make it look like a baitfish losing balance.

The slower you fish it, the more important rig balance becomes too much weight can kill the natural swim.

It is strongest around sand flats, drains, reef edges, harbour walls, current seams, and bait schools.

It is not as durable as a hard lure and can get damaged by toothy fish, but the trade-off is a more believable baitfish action.

TARGET SPECIES: flatfish, sea bass, snapper, trevally, queenfish, bluefish, and inshore predators feeding around sand, reef, current, and bait schools.
