Imakatsu SG+ Ayuroid

The Imakatsu SG+ Ayuroid impresses not only with its excellent craftsmanship but also with its seductive action. This two-piece swimbait features two slots on its back, into which, for example, tungsten weights can be inserted. Additionally, treble hooks can be inserted into the slots with one shank if you prefer to fish the swimbait with hooks on the back. It is ideal for days when the pike are located under schools of baitfish or along weed edges. The built-in screw at the lure’s joint allows you to adjust and influence its action. Depending on the setting, you can achieve either an “I-swimming” or “S-swimming” action. During periods of inactivity, the lure sinks very slowly in the water (slow sinking), enticing even wary predators to bite. Adding weights to the lure allows it to be presented close to the bottom in deeper waters. Imakatsu offers a selection of extremely realistic color schemes for the swimbait. The Imakatsu Gillroid Jr. is also available in the shop.
