Jackall Metal Jig Anchovy Type 1 Standard 130 grams Saber Pink

130g | Sinking

The Metal Jig Anchovy Type 1 Standard is the standard Anchovy metal jig profile, a practical vertical jig for anglers who want a balanced lift-and-fall action.

In 130g, it suits dropping through bait, working marks, and staying connected in current without using an overly specialised shape.

Fish it with one-pitch lifts, half-pitches, or a controlled lift-and-drop rhythm.

It can be worked faster when fish are chasing, but when fish are sitting around bottom or under bait, longer pauses on the fall often draw better bites.

It is the all-rounder in this batch: more direct than a slow-slide model, less extreme than a flutter-only shape.

Use it when you are not sure whether fish want speed, fall, or a bit of both.

The brighter/glow finish is useful when visibility matters: low light, deeper water, stained water, or when fish need a stronger target during a fast fall.

In very clear shallow water, a quieter silver or baitfish finish may look more natural.

TARGET SPECIES: hairtail, snapper, grouper, amberjack, trevally, kingfish/yellowtail, tuna-class juveniles, and offshore predators feeding on vertical bait.
