Jackall Metal Jig Big Backer Fit 20 Grams Shirasu Silver

20g | Sinking

The Metal Jig Big Backer Fit is a slimmer casting metal jig made for reaching fish at range while keeping the bait profile narrow.

In 20g, it suits shore anglers dealing with wind, current, and predators feeding on slim baitfish.

Use a straight fast retrieve for pelagics, or count it down and work it with lifts and pauses when fish are holding lower.

The slimmer body cuts through water quickly, so let it fall with control and use speed changes to create the bite window.

It is strongest around beaches, breakwaters, harbour mouths, and bait schools where distance and a slim profile are more important than a slow hanging fall.

If fish are only nipping at the lure, slow the retrieve and lengthen the fall.

The baitfish-style finish is the more natural option, especially when predators are feeding by sight on slim bait.

It is strongest in clear to lightly stained water, bright conditions, or when fish are following before committing.

TARGET SPECIES: mackerel, trevally, sea bass, flatfish, queenfish, bluefish, bonito, snapper, and shore-based predators chasing compact baitfish.
