Jackall Micro Tappy 54 mm 4.8 grams Floating Lure Smoky Gill

54mm | 4.8g | Floating

The Micro Tappy 54 mm is a small floating topwater/wake style lure for fishing shallow cover and small surface prey.

The compact body matters because it gives a visible surface signal without jumping straight to a large noisy topwater bait.

Work it slowly with short twitches, pauses, and steady little wakes.

Around calm pockets, weed edges, overhanging shade, and insect activity, the pause can be more important than the movement because fish often track first and eat once the lure stalls.

It is strongest when predators are looking up but not committed to large surface lures.

It is not built for rough open water or huge casts; use it when accuracy, subtle disturbance, and small prey size matter.

The forage-style finish makes the most sense around shallow cover, weeds, shade, and banks where fish are watching for insects, frogs, panfish, or other non-minnow prey.

TARGET SPECIES: bass, snakehead, peacock bass, sea bass, trevally, queenfish, bluefish, and predators willing to strike near the surface.
