Keitech Easy Shiner 5″ 12.5cm AYU 400T

Keitech Easy Shiner 5″ 12.5cm AYU 400T soft swimbait for larger predators

Keitech Easy Shiner 5″ 12.5cm AYU 400T is a soft swimbait built around Keitechs wide-wobbling rolling action and finely cut tail so it still swims cleanly at very slow speeds. In AYU with colour code 400T, this 5″ (12.5cm) soft swimbait offers a balanced profile for anglers who want a lure that looks natural and keeps working without excessive speed or rod movement. It helps when fish want a natural swimming bait instead of a loud, hard-kicking profile, especially when you need balance, scent and movement without overworking the lure.

Fish it on a jighead for open water, on a weighted weedless hook through cover, or as a trailer when you want extra tail movement. This size is well suited to steady retrieve and weedless fishing for pike, sea bass and pollack, and it can be worked effectively on canals, rivers, loughs, reservoirs or coastal marks depending on your target species and rig choice.

Why It Works for Irish Anglers

The Easy Shiners steady rolling action is useful on canals, loughs, reservoirs and estuary edges where predators often follow before committing. It keeps working on slow retrieves, which is a big advantage in cool water, clear conditions and pressured swims. The 5″ size is a practical match when you want a bigger, more noticeable lure for pike, sea bass and pollack.

Perfect For

• Jighead fishing over gravel, weed lines and drop-offs
• Weedless rigging around reeds, timber and snags
• Steady retrieves when a natural baitfish shape matters
• Targeting pike, sea bass and pollack with a 5″ profile
• Fishing this AYU colour in code 400T
