Nash Scope 6ft 3lb Black Duplon

Nash Scope 6ft 3lb Black Duplon Rod

The Nash Scope 6ft 3lb Black Duplon rod is the specialists choice for ultimate stealth and mobility. Designed for close-range combat, stalking, and boat fishing, this rod delivers surprising power with a more sensitive playing curve than the heavier models, all within the most compact footprint of the Scope range.

Why Choose the 6ft 3lb Duplon for UK Angling?

• Balanced Stalking Action: The 3lb test curve is the perfect middle ground for a 6ft rod. It provides the necessary power to control a large carp at close range but offers a significantly more forgiving action than the 3.5lb model, ensuring cushioned lunges and fewer hook pulls when targeting wary fish in the margins.
• Extreme Compactness: This rod is the pinnacle of the Scope concept. The 6ft length, combined with the innovative telescoping butt design, reduces the packed-down size to an incredible 30inches (76cm). It is ideal for carrying fully rigged while climbing over bushes, or for keeping permanently ready in a boot or rucksack.
• Modern Grip & Durability: The Full Black Duplon handle gives a clean, modern aesthetic. Crucially, the Duplon provides a non-slip, secure grip that is highly resilient to mud, water, and the rough handling that comes with active stalking.
• Optimised Close-Range Ringing: The robust guide specification features a smaller 30mm butt ring to a 10mm anti-frap tip, perfectly matched for the short blanks action and ensuring efficient line management in tight situations.

Core Construction & Performance:

Built on a responsive 24tonne low resin carbon blank, the rod features a strengthening helical weave. This design maintains the blanks strength and aids rapid tip recovery, giving you confidence when setting the hook and fighting powerful carp at your feet.
