This shad plug is designed to smoothly navigate riprap and breakwaters where traditional plugs often get snagged, thanks to its superior obstacle-evading performance. It also possesses an excellent overall balance, allowing it to be used with baitcasting tackle even in snag-prone areas.
The three internal tungsten ball weights, including the magnet-secured moving weight, provide a high-pitch, sharp, and tight wobbling action. This makes it an effective reeling bait for catching fish not only from winter to spring when shad plugs are typically effective, but also in high-pressure situations and clear water conditions during peak seasons.
