RIO – Elite Gold MAX

This is in every way an excellent line for all things trout fishing. Perfect for dry fly, nymph and streamer fishing in the stream and put and take. A fantastic all-round line for most fishing.

This line is a whole class heavier than Rio gold and therefore loads the rod faster.

The line also has a large part of the weight placed at the bottom to better roll, cast and keep control of the line in the air or when you are aiming.

This is RIO’s new flagship line for trout fly lines. It is an excellent line developed for dry fly fishing. The line is designed for flies between # 22 and # 2. It is both in terms of smoothness and durability, at the same time it has been given the new core. This gives you direct contact with the fish and increases the chance of setting the hook even at long distances.
