Sakura Box SK-9340 – Smoke

Sakura Box SK-9340 Smoke: The Pro-Grade Horizontal Organizer

The Sakura SK-9340 is a staple in the gear bags of serious lure anglers who demand high-capacity organization in a sleek, manageable format. Measuring 33 x 22.1 cm, this box offers a larger surface area than standard utility cases, providing an expansive menu of your lures the moment you open the lid.

The smoked gray transparent construction offers a double advantage: it allows for quick identification of your tackle while providing vital UV protection to shield your lures finishes and soft plastic components from sun damage. With 20 removable dividers, this box is a master of customization, capable of being tuned to house a vast collection of lures, from tiny finesse jigs to full-sized minnows.

Technical Specifications

Key Performance Features

• Extreme Modular Control: With 20 dividers at your disposal, you can create a highly dense storage grid for small items or long, continuous channels for jerkbaits like the Bulwip 130 SP.

• Large Footprint, Slim Profile: The 5cm depth is the industry standard for fitting into the main compartments of most medium-to-large tackle rucksacks and carryalls, while the wide top-down view means less time digging and more time fishing.

• UV Shielded Visibility: The smoke tint acts like sunglasses for your tackle, reducing the heat and light intensity that can cause bleeding in soft plastic colors or the perishing of rubber skirts on Cajun Bladed Jigs.

• Reinforced Locking: Features dual heavy-duty latches that distribute pressure evenly along the lid, ensuring a secure seal that wont warp or pop open under the weight of heavy lead sinkers.

Ideal Uses

• The Hard Bait Library: Perfect for anglers who carry a wide variety of minnows, crankbaits, and topwater lures. The horizontal layout keeps trebles separated and easy to grab.

• Terminal Tackle Hub: Use the 20 compartments to create a dedicated station for Chebu Jigheads, various offset hooks, snaps, and swivels.

• Zander & Perch Specialists: Ideally sized for organizing a large array of 3 to 5 soft plastics and jig heads, keeping everything in one easy-to-access location.

• Boat Deck Management: The wide, flat base makes it very stable on vibrating boat floors or casting platforms.

Gerrys Tip: Because of the wide dimensions, this box is excellent for Color Grading. I like to arrange my lures from darkest to lightest across the 20 compartments. When the light conditions change on the water, you can quickly scan the box and pick the next logical shade to trigger a bite
