Shimano ’21 Exsence

Shimano ’21 Exsence

The Shimano Exsence is a high-end spinning reel, 100% JDM and completely black. This is a Hagane body, which definitely makes the reel lightweight. Thanks to the integrated Hagane gear system, the Exsence runs buttery smooth and is also robust. Shimano’s x-Protect technology protects the reel from water ingress, making it suitable for saltwater environments. Designed for sea bass fishing, this visually appealing reel is ideal for medium to medium perch and zander fishing. The “C versions” offer a compact body and are therefore one size smaller in terms of housing.
