Shimano Ocea Jigger Infinity Motive Conventional Slow Pitch Jig Rods
Equipping anglers with a flagship level option to command deepwater pursuits to absolute perfection, the Shimano Ocea Jigger Infinity Motive Conventional Slow Pitch Jig Rods offer a purpose-built choice elevated to all new heights of performance and capabilities. The singular goal of the lineup is to provide anglers with the ability to precisely control and impart action of their favorite jig, turning them “alive” for that next bite.

Spiral X Core:
At the core of the Ocea Jigger Infinity Motive is its highly advanced rod blank, utilizing Shimano’s proprietary Spiral X Core Technology to overcome blank twist and increase rod strength, all while cutting weight for enhanced performance. Spiral X Core consists of three carbon layers to achieve its result, with an innermost carbon layer spiraling around the blank in a diagonal direction, middle layer consisting of vertical fibers, and an outermost layer of carbon tape spiraling the opposite direction of its first layer. Nano resin is evenly distributed to adhere these three layers, resulting in a stronger, lighter rod. Compared to Shimano’s Spiral X rods, torsional rigidity is increased by 10% and compressional rigidity is boosted by 15%.

X Guide
Featuring a one-piece titanium frame molded with the use of 3D technology, these guides are designed to unlock the performance of the rod blank. Their shape and angle of incline are specifically designed to mitigate line entanglement.

Ci4+ Reel Seat
Constructed of extremely lightweight carbon reinforced Ci4+ material, these reel seats are comfortable in hand, compact, and ultra-sensitive to ensure a more direct connection to your offering. Their ergonomic form makes for something that is easy to fish with all day, while its down locking design securely holds your favorite conventional reel.
