Try reeling it in as slowly as you can.Try reeling it in so slowly that the reel stops.
Can you stop the lure from swimming? It can’t stop, can it?

To that extent, this joint moves slowly even with the slightest change in the flow, and continues to tempt you like a fly.
If you can reel slowly enough to stop the lure from swimming, that speed is the dead slow speed where you can make the most of this crank.
Anyway, try reeling slowly. Suddenly, the trout will produce a strong bite, and your rod will be suddenly pulled to the surface of the water.
