Van Den Eynde World Champion Groundbait 1kg

Marcel Van Den Eynde

Alan Scotthorne and Bob Nudd, two famous anglers, have used this mixture to great effect on rivers like the Trent, which may be why it is better known in the UK than in other parts of the world.
Even though it was made for the Belgian team to use during the world championships in 1983 on the Rhine canal, you can use it to fish for roach and bream in many of the UKs waterways.
A medium-weight, sticky groundbait that works well for balling during the warm months and in waters with a medium flow.
A traditional River Trent mix can be made by mixing 2 parts brown crumb to 1 part damp leam to make the mix more dense.
