Wapsi Flat Mylar Two-Tone Gold & Silver Tinsel

Product Details Wapsi Flat Mylar Two-Tone Gold & Silver Tinsel adds durable flash and contrast to classic wet flies, salmon patterns, and modern streamers without the tarnish that comes with traditional metal tinsel. This flat Mylar tinsel features a gold finish on one side and silver on the other, giving fly tiers the flexibility to create ribbing, tags, and segmented bodies that reflect light differently with each wrap. Use it to rib Woolly Buggers, build bright tags on Atlantic salmon flies, or form flashy bodies on baitfish streamers for steelhead, coho salmon, striped bass, and trout. Unlike metal tinsels, this Mylar material resists dulling and corrosion over time and holds up in freshwater and saltwater applications, making it a reliable choice for flies that see heavy current, aggressive strikes, and repeated use. Flat Mylar tinsel with gold on one side and silver on the other Ideal for ribbing, tags, and streamer bodies Resists dulling and corrosion compared to metal tinsel Suitable for freshwater and saltwater fly patterns Made in the USA Prop 65 Warning FishUSA Customer Reviews (4) Write a Review 5 Good Product Posted by Fishman on June 12, 2019 I have been tying fly’s for 30 years and this product is as good as any out there.
